This will show them that they do not have to be couch potatoes. Get them involved in their favourite sport or activity to keep them motivated. It is essential to find a routine and stay with it. When you are exercising, you need to find a routine that fits your lifestyle the best. Figure out the best types of exercising that you like best and when is the right time to do them.
