Weight loss problem fixed

Everything happend several of months ago It was a saturday night. Hummed about a vintage Chianti, I had just eaten numerous burgers with fries from McDonalds. And if I remember correctly, a few double-stuffed oreo cookies, also I fired up a cigarette (that’s right, it keeps getting worse), sunk down low and contemplated the future by having a conversation with my inner fat self: What’s the plan, fatass? When are you going to lose some weight? I'm so tired of being fat.
All the overeating on the weekends. And during the week, I starve myself Monday through Friday, I kill myself at the gymnasium Because I can hardly breathe during my work out (thank you daily two-pack cigarette..) And I’m also afraid to weigh myself.

I mean, why bother; the jeans are even as tight as last week…And then one day, I started talking to this thin and fit guy who sat across from me at work He had written the name of a web site on a post-it note and gave it to me as an answer to my question. We were swapping stories about our struggle of the bulge.

As I talked to him and wondered I asked, “How did you get like that, you know thin and all? He answerd ”Frantic, I jumped from the sofa and in my drunken daze, spilt over the entire contents of my bag until that yellow post-it note glanced out from the mess. I got online and said to myself ”This is my salvation” while looking at my self in my mirror. I began to cry and my heart filled with desire as I got on to the weight loss program site. Immediately, I got “on board”, signed up and stayed awake until 5 am.

After learning how the system works and coming across new food choices, the program seemed possible and before I knew it, I was losing five - eight pounds each week I went from 200 (gulp) to 190. Then to 180 And then down to 160 pounds. I’m cutting off a lot here, excluding many exciting parts including the dramatic play from smoking my last cigarette (I switched to the Patch then to Nicorette) Five and a half months later, I was thin and fit, I don’t smoke anymore (not even once) and I'm still loving this lifestyle weight loss program has taught me. I think the program worked for me because I set myself to be ready. It all started by me saying to myself ”I will not be fat again and I will loose weight, no matter what!”.
