Cutoff Spammers At The Knees
My question is: Why can't one of these programming geniuses advance up with a program that option track blue and cutoff the spammers? It will be too expensive? Is it not feasible? I could love to hear that answer It appears that no-one of the ISP's are willing to work in concert on this problem Is it going to take spare government involvement(God Forbid) to solve this problem.
